We had the privilege of inviting Director Tsung-Hsueh Lu to give an insightful speech on 'Health Management for Taichung Citizens through 5R3E1I' on 16 December 2016. Director Lu highlighted the key function of information (1I) to fill the gaps of on-going services so as to ensure that right patients receive right services at the right time and the right place through right care givers (5R) and ensure that the service package achieve the objectives of effectiveness, efficiency, and equity (3E). Through this inspiring speech, Director Lu shared his knowledge and expertise with our students in application of information and social networks in integrative health management.
